Research I have done shows the following information:
Samuel Boon birth:22 Jan 1736 Berks Co, PA
Wife:Jane Foulke Hughes born: 22 Dec 1745 Exeter Twp, Luzerne Co, PA Death: 1830 Harrison Co, IN

Samuel's parents in my information appear to be:
Samuel Boone & Elizabeth Cassel

Jane's parents appear to be:
John Hughs
Hannah Boone

I can't confirm this but it is the results I retrieve when I enter the question in ancestor.com.
