I think that Lorena and Nancy are the same person and that John's mother name was written twice. I don't know of any Nancy Yarger. There isn't a John Ralston buried in Sanborn Cemetery. I would conclude from this and from what is written on Lorena's tombstone that she is the wife of the same John Ralston that moved away after her death.
Lorena is mentioned in John Yarger's will. It states ..."and one part to the children of my daughter Rene Ralston, deceased." The 1880 census soundex lists her as Cyrena. I haven't looked at the actual census yet to see if the name is correct. I couldn't find any death record of Lorena or Nancy Ralston or Yarger in the Clearfield Courthouse.
You mentioned that John second wife was Belma or Velma. John Ralston's death certificate lists his wife as Helma. The informant was Mrs. Blanche Weimer. I guess this could be the wrong name since John parents were also not correct. The parents are listed as Joseph Ralston and Nancy Mayten instead of Joel Cadberry Ralston and Nancy Ann Mayhue.
