last residence Texarkana, Bowie County, Texas
S.S. # 463-84-0846

You might send off for her death certificate or S.S. record, either one might have her maiden name.
Do you live anywhere near Texarkana? You might check the local newspaper, Texarkana Gazette, or look in archives at library for her obituary. Note: Texarkana is a twin city, Arkansas and Texas, side by side. I didn't find her name in the Texas Death Index so she might have died on the Arkansas side.
