The Yarbers seem to be rather elusive, at least those related to me. My great Grandmother was Amanda (Manda, Mandy) Yarber. She was born in 1867 in Jefferson County, TN. Her father was Henry Clay Yarber and her mother was Sarah Fox. She married my great grandfather, John Laffey in 1888 and they had 4 children. She died prior to the 1910 census. This is all I know about them.
