Looking for information on Missionary Service- John Lapsley Yantis

John Lapsley Yantis is my great-great grandfather, and I have a relic (supposedly) from his travels as a missionary. I'm trying to dig up the exact location and any documents, so that I can accurately label the object with the location and species, when I mount it. It is a piece of monkey fur.

It may have belonged to one of his siblings...however, or have belonged to Effa LaVelle Lee, his wife.

If you have any information, please contact me. Below is what I've found out so far:

Cora Lee Potter
mother: Kathleen Yantis Potter
grandfather: Robert Addison Yantis (m. Dorothea Whiteline)
great grandfather: Grover Lee Yantis (m. Edna Lora Rizor)
great great grandfather: John Lapsley Yantis (m. Effa LaVelle Lee)
?g-g-great grandfather: Amos Yantis (m. Mary Bright)
g-g-g-great grandfather: Jacob Yandes (m. Ruth Christman)

I also have a number of scanned old photo from the Grover Yantis family in both Baker and Klamath Falls, OR, if anyone would like them for their collection.

Thanks!
