Interesting. I never took the time to do the math. But then to this is the first time that I have spent any time researching the Yant line. I wonder why she put 1831 in the Bible or did someone else write the birth information in the Bible. After looking at the Birth page the hand writing for all the entries appears to be the same. So maybe this was recorded by another family member and not Mary. I only have the license for marriage for Mary to Henline and Stults and it does not show an age. That would be in the marriage register for 1856 in Stark County Oh and in the 1861 register in Huntington In. I wonder if they gave the age since they were both widowed in 1861. Guess we will never know unless we see the marriage register for 1856 and it shows the age.
