According to Velma Yarbrough's book, The Early Yandells of North Carolina, the household of James Henderson Yandell and his wife, Leanna are said to be on the 1860 census for Marion Co, IL, Series M653, Roll 207. I can find them there in 1870 and 1880, and they are in Wilson Co TN in 1850 (where they were supposed to move to IL after 1850.
I have searched the 1860 census for Marion Co IL numerous times, but cannot find that household. Can anyone else find them?
