It appears no one looks at this site very often.
I purchased the book - oh probably close to 10 years ago. There weren't many copies left at that time.
The author was quite elderly and in poor health the last time I contacted her which was several years ago.

You might be able to get a copy thru one of those out-of-print services.

It's a wonderful book. Hope you find a copy.
