Hi there , my name is D'Arcy Wyvill , actually to be precise its Marmaduke D'Arcy William Wyvill , i am the eldest son of Charles Wyvill the present owner of Constable Burton Hall in North Yorkshire , i recently stumbled across this site by accident ,while doing a search for WYVILL on the web,and was pleasantly surprised as you can imagine .
Firstly let me say congratulations to everyone who have obviously put a lot of hard work into this site , it looks great and i think its a fantastic idea for all the world wide Wyvills (w.w.w!) to be able to get together and chase our roots .
As you can tell by the photo (although it is a very old photo , i think i was about 11 when that was taken !) i ahve two brothers and a sister , Edward ,Kate and Freddie .
I am the oldest at the ripe old age of 26 , then Ed at 24 ,then Kate at 20 and then Freddie at 16 .Edward is currently setting up his own venture capital business , Kate is studying Drama at Bristol university ( she wants to be an actress so watch this space !) and Fred is at at boarding school in Yorkshire .
We are very lucky indeed to have such a rich ancestory and i think its fascinating to be able to find out what other branches of the family are doing in other places ,so no doubt you will hear more from me as and when i can get back to update you.
