I did a term paper in a Maryland history course a few years ago on William Wyvill, the emigrant and two generations of his descendants, so maybe I have some answers for you. During the 1980s I lived in N. Yorks. and visited as many Wyvill locations as I could, and I live in Maryland, so I'm familiar with the places.
There is also an earlier William Wyvill will in Cecil County, Maryland, in 1705 (I think, running on memory now). I did not trace that person or include him in my research.
Exactly what sort of information are you looking for? Are you adding names and dates, or are you doing more of a social history on how the Wyvills reacted to the American Revolution, War of 1812, etc.?
Your best bet for records of births is St. James parish in Anne Arundel County, since Willaim Wyvill's son Marmaduke was the registrar for some years and very involved in parish activities. There are a great many wills, inventories, chancery records, etc. for this family in Maryland.
