The records of StMary's Church, Stockport show that James Wyvill b 8th Sept 1810 was the illegitimate son of Charlotte Wyvill of Stockport. He was baptised on 14th Oct 1810.. he was married 19th April 1835 in Manchester Cathedral and died in Sydney Australia 12th July 1894. he had 6 children:
Elizabeth b 1837; William Wilcock b 1838 Stockport d 12 aug 1918 ; Jane b june 1845 Stockport; two females died in infancy in England ; James b sep 1847 Stockport d 30 Apr Brisbane married Martha Butler b ca 1844 m 18 mar 1871 d 5 oct 1926
