I have no information that George Wythe (1726-1806) had any relatives whose last name was Wythe.
--His older brother, who died without issue leaving the male-line-entailed Chesterville to George, was the fourth Thomas in succession. I know of no male offspring of any of them who was not named Thomas (except, of course, George).
--His closest male relative was his nephew George Wythe Sweneey (only surviving son of his sister Anne Wythe Sweeney), who joined Wythe in deeding Chesterville to Richmond merchant Daniel L. Hylton in the mid-1790s even though as the son of a sister he was not legally entitled to the reversion in tail. If he had had a known male relative named Wythe, that person would probably have joined in deeding away the entailed land.
