There was more than one Clement Wynne in Georgia and I don't believe that the Clement Wynne who is ancestor of the DNA participant was the son of Robert Wynne who died in 1811. Robert's son, Clement, was probably born in Virginia as records in Georgia for Robert Wynne begin in 1784 when he was awarded land there. This Clement would not have been in any census in 1829 as he was deceased by that time.

NOTES FOR CLEMENT WYNNE, SR.:
Clement Wynne. Last Will and Testament dated 5 Nov 1825; probated 16 Jan 1829. Warren Co., GA. Gives to his wife, Frances, all his estate for her lifetime or widowhood except $500.00 in cash to daughter, Sally Wynne. He says he confirms gifts of land theretofore made to his sons, James and Irby Wynne, and daughter, Mary Johnson (nee Mary Wynne). Exec. Sons, James and Irby Wynne. Wit: Benjamin Allen, William Wynne, Benjamin Hart.

We know that this Clement Wynne was married to Frances Dewberry as he and Frances are named in her father's will.
