Chris: I haven't looked up this particular Henry, but there was a Judge Henry Wynkoop who was on the Committee of Safety, and a Congressional or Constitutional representative around the Revolutionary War time, from Philadelphia. Check the Historical Society at Doylestown, Bucks County. I recall there is a large oil portrait of him hanging in their hallway. Richard Wynkoop's books on The Wynkoop Family (several editions, pub. c. 1900) would have something. The book is available (by photocopy) from the Library of Congress, and some genealogical vendors.
