Thank you for your reply. There were two Isaac Wynkoops in Franklin Co. Ind in 1820 and one in Franklin and Union counties in 1830.Union was taken from part of Franklin.I don't think the man moved.
From Isaac (Franklin/Union)land records, he had a wife named Ann.I believe this is Isaac (son of John) who married Ann Winder. This appears to be the same family in the Wynkoop Genealogy by Richard Wynkoop.
I cannot find any record of the other Isaac selling his land.Wynkoop families appears in Preble and Butler counties in 1860+.I have not been able to tie them to Eliza Ann.However, the birth state of Pennsylvania fits and so do the ages make for a possible family.
These two Isaacs cannot be father and son. They could be cousins or uncle and nephew.
In Franklin Co., there is one piece of land which is bought and sold by Samuel and James Wynkoop.James could be Isaac's son James Winder.I have no idea about Samuel.Neither appear on the 1820/30 census in the area.
That is all I know about the Isaac Wynkoops in Franklin/Union Co. IN
