John,
I have James & Charlotte Winecup bur. Blakesburg Cemetery, Monroe Co., IA. James b. 1821; d. 29 Jan 1888. Charlotte Harward b. 1825; d. 5 Oct 1881. The IGI shows m. 4 Dec 1845 in Morgan Co., OH. Is 1844 the correct year?

I don't know who James' parents were, but you might want to explore the possibility that his father was Jacob WYNKOOP (b. 1798), son of Cornelius Wynkoop & Cornelia VAN PELT of Loudoun Co., VA. Jacob and family appear to have removed from Loudoun Co. to Morgan Co., OH 1830ish. This family and descendants have ties to Morgan TWP & McConnelsville area in Morgan Co., OH.

John
