Sorry for the delay in looking through my Quaker notes, but I'e had my wife in hospital and she is only just coming back to normal.
I got my pick and shovel out, and this is whjat I turned up>
Sarah was the daughter of Robert Wyly and his wife Grizell - my most remote known ancestors. She must have been born c.1666, and m. Thomas Lightfoot in 1692. The exact birth date of her oldest sister was 24 June 1658 - that is the only precise date given to me.
I do have a number of Weillys, too. If you will send me your e-mail addres, I'll copy them for you. I now suspect that they are related as they appear in the same area as my lot.
