Wyland Family Genealogy Forum

My ancestor was Nancy Hoover b.1799 in PA; daughter of Martin Hoover. I am trying to clarify her connection to the Wyland family. I suspect that Nancy's mother was Nancy M. Wyland, wife of Martin Hoover (Huber). The Studebaker National Assoc. maintains that Nancy was 1st married to a Mr. Wyland c.1814, who died not long after. "Nancy Hoover Wyland" then married Daniel Studebaker on 8 Dec. 1819 in Montgomery Co., Ohio. This marriage is confirmed.
The Kistler genealogies state that Nancy was named Nancy Wyland Hoover- named Wyland for her mother's family. Which genealogy is correct? Was Nancy married to a Mr. Wyland prior to marrying Daniel Studebaker? Or did the Studebaker Assoc. get mixed up calling Nancy "Mrs. Nancy Hoover Wyland" when she was actually "Nancy Wyland Hoover". Was Daniel Studebaker her 1st or her 2nd husband?
I would really appreciate any information.
