Sharon, this is very exciting. You know we are practically neighbors, I live in Jerome, Michigan, south west of Jackson. I believe we only a few hours apart. Did you go into the "Maloney-Springfield,Illinois" forum. You obviously have much more information than I have. I received this information from my grandmother (Marion Isabel (Schnoor)Maloney who was maried to Frank James Maloney. He was one of eight children of James J. and Margaret Maloney. James was born in Ireland and brought her with his parents Edward and Margaret. My Father is Francis James Maloney, mother Virgina Mary (Hanson)Maloney and there are 7 children in my family. I would love to have the information that you have. I wasn't sure you had any information from the Maloney side as you said you were researching the Wylam's.
The only information on the Wylam side that I have is that John Wylam and Eleanor Birkett were Margaret Wylam's parents.
If you did go to the "Maloney-Springfield" forum, there are a couple of mistakes:
My grandmothers maiden name was Schnoor not Schoor.
Marcella (Pope) Maloney was born in 1918 not 1920.
I am so looking forward to hearing from you again.
Bye for now
Sue
