I recently found information about the children of Jacob Wyer & Barbara Bodenhamer on the same site takes the Clodfelter ancestors all the way back to the 1500's. It doesn't go very far with Barnabus Weir and Barbara Bodenhamer, tho. I believe Jacob & Barbara Wyer moved to McDonough County, IL after the 1870 census. Barbara is listed in the 1880 IL census as a widow. I seem to recall that one of my gggrandparents was killed by a team of runaway horses. That may have been Jacob Wyer.
I'd be happy to send you a copy of the Wyer family picture if I had your email address.
