Peter b. Sept 14, 1799 was the son of Albert Wyckoff b. March 29, 1772 in Montoursville, PA, d. March 7, 1829 in Clarence, NY. He married Elizabeth Mainard b. 1766, d. Feb 29, 1860. Albert's parents were Peter Wyckoff b. March 19, 1723/24 in Hunterdon Co., NJ, d. Jan 7, 1807 in Montoursville, PA. Albert was the youngest child of Peter & his 2nd wife, Jane Cornell, b. Dec 7. 1733 in Millstone, NJ and d. Jan 16, 1775 in Montoursville, PA. Peter's parents were Nicholas Wyckoff b. Nov 1, 1699 in Monmouth Co., NJ, d. 1778, Hunterdon Co., NJ. He was married to Elizabeth Delgyn b. Aug 6, 1704. Their marriage date was 1723. I the rest of this line back to Peter Claesen Wyckoff, the original immigrant. I am descended down this line also. The book that the previous writer is refering to is entitled The Wyckoff Family In America Vol. 1 Descendents of Nicholas Wyckoff, 3rd ed. 1980. It is out of print, but sometimes you can find it in an antique/used book store. It should cost you about $35. It lists all of Peter Clausen Wyckoff's eldest son Nicholas' descendents and runs about 700 pages.
