George Nicholas Wycoff b.1851 Indiana d. Iowa

I am looking for George Nicholas Wycoff b. Indiana in 1851, I found him on the 1856 Iowa census with Andrew Wycoff b. 1854 and Vina Wycoff b. 1832. We have reason to believe his mother was Lovina Vandever, and her parents were possibly George and Nancy Vandever. There is no clue at this point who George and Andrew's father is. George and Nancy Vandever still elude us on the 1850, and we think this will hold a few answers for us if found. There is a Geo. Vendever in Perry Co., Indiana on the 1840 that we believe is the same but cannot find him on the 1850. We have found all persons involved on every census possible except for the 1850. Any help is greatly appreciated.
