I am looking for information on the family of John Wyckoff and Elizabeth Johnston.
According to the Wyckoff Family in America, John was the son of Simon Wyckoff and Geertje Van Vliet, born in 1708, his first wife was Elizabeth (Gitty) Vliet and his second wife was Elizabeth Johnston. However, John's will dated 12 Mar 1772 does not mention his children by Elizabeth Johnston. I think it is probably a different John Wyckoff who married Elizabeth Johnston.
John Wyckoff and Elizabeth Johnston had at least 2 children:
Cornelius, b 2 Jul 1760 in NJ, m Alice Conover/Covenhoven, d 27 Aug 1834 in Westchester Co., NY
Joseph, b 16 Jan 1765 in NJ, m Anna McKinney, d 16 Oct 1818 in Tompkins Co., NY
I am looking for documentation for
1) the marriage on John Wyckoff and Elizabeth Johnston on 17 Aug 1758.
2) the birthdates of their children
3) the death and birth of Elizabeth Johnston
4) any other children they may have had
