My ancestor, Theophilus Goodwin, married Elizabeth Wyche, daughter of George Wyche in Surry County, Va. about 1727, but moved to what is now Franklin County, N.C. in 1743 where they lived until Elizabeth died in about 1758. I believe that Theophilus then married Elizabeth's first cousin, Ann Wyche, the daughter of James in 1760. I have no definate proof of this other than the name Ann as his wife on property transfers following his remarrige, family tradition and the names of her children and grandchildren, who have Wyche as their middle or first names on several occasions. Do you have any information concerning Ann?
