Dennis:
Thanks for your response to my message. I have not done much research on SC Wyatts but I do have a certain amount of materials on the state and am going to search through them on the Wyatts; also planning a research trip soon to Cobb County Library in Marietta, GA which has quite a lot of materials on southern states. I will let you know if I come up with anything on Abraham Wyatt.
I once met a lady in Atlanta who was descended from the North Carolina Wyatts and asserted that none of the Carolina Wyatts were related to the Haute Wyatt line, showing me a descent she claimed was proven back to other Wyatts in England. I never got a copy of her materials, but my own research afterwards seemed to conflict with some of what I remembered of hers, so I am still not convinced that the Carolina Wyatts aren't related to the VA ones as well.
Sincerely,
C. Kwasha
