Tom Waggoner was lynched in Weston County in June 1891. They had three children, the youngest born after his death.
You might contact Mabel Brown at The Hitching Post, 1700 West Lincolnway, Cheyenne WY 82001. She is an elderly but very knowledgable person about Weston County history.
