Note! maybe this will help you, (JOSEPH WELCH and JOSEPHENIA (SARTAIN) DOLLARD, WELCH, were in Lander, Fremont County, Wyoming, the year 1900. with 9 children. I do not know there names for the Children, still working on that. Lander,Fremont County was Sweetwater County until 1884, when it changed to Fremont.
Josephenia is my Great Aunt on My Great Grand Mothers side Martha Elizabeth (Sartain) Walker, Goodrich, Gill, Childs side.
In 1910 census Her name was spelled Isagenia R. Welch. First Marriage was to Mark W. Dollard (Jospine Satin)The year 1869 in Missouri, spelling should be SARTAIN. God Bless, F.J.P.
