Janis,
Thanks so much for taking the time to try and help me. The 3 children of John Rooney (now in their 80's) are certain that they were living there all during 1930, and that they moved early in 1931. I'm wondering if maybe, because they lived in the rear of the building, if the census taker might not have realized that a family lived in the back, and they got left out. Again, thanks so much for your help. Marlene
