Hi Sandra,
Thank you for your input, But Gr. Gr. Grand Mother Euphemia, (Burton) Sartain, Was Married to Gr. Gr. GrandFather William David Sartain, When William David Sartain Died, Then she married to (JOSEPH LAMON) the year of 1879 atLander,Sweetwater County, Wtoming Territory. I have the Marriage license, In 1890 GR,GR. Grand Mother Euphemia (Burton) Sartain, Lamon Died at Lander , Fremont County, Wyoming.
The Mary Elizabeth Sartain should read (Martha Elizabeth (Sartain), Walker, Goodrich, Gill, Childs. (NOTE!)Martha E. Sartain was born in Missouri 1846, Came to Wyoming the year of 1884.
Martha is My Gr. Grand Mother, She is the mother Of my Grand mother Lucy (Walker) Painter.
Why there is such a mix -up I don't know. Martha E. Childs , My Grand Mothers Mother is said to have Died in 1928, But there isn't a Death record in the State of Wyoming.
I'm trying to find (JOSEPH LAMON) I know from the marriage license he was 44 years old when he married Euphemia, My Gr. Gr. Grand mother.
I was hoping that the census could put some more light on finding Lamon. Thank you and God Bless you and yours F.J.P.
