Barbara May( maiden name ) I think that was how you spelled her last name.. It could have been spelled Riggar but I'm not sure...I do know her grandmother raised her because her mother lived in Wyoming....She lived up around Reidmore Rd. in So. Connellsville, Pa. We went to grade school at GIBSON SCHOOL ..So. Connellsville, Pa. ... Joyce's grandmother walked her to school everyday and walked her home everyday..
