Billy Williams, buried in Lincoln County

The Legend of Billy Williams is still a topic of conversation in the Upper Green River valley of Western Wy. Billy was murdered in Nov 1899 near the Kendall Tie camp some 25 miles north of Cora, Wy. During my research into his death I discovered he was buried in the Viola Labarge Cemetery west of La Barge, Lincoln Co., WY. Although a marker is found in the burial ground just south of the Kendall Forest Service camp Billy's remains were removed from the tie camp and buried in the spring of 1900. This action was at the request of Retta A. Elston who at the time oh her death in 1910 was recognized as Retta A. Williams.
If anyone recognizes Retta please contact me. Thanks.
