Need help with a 1900 Chyenne WY family

I need help with a family I found on the 1900 Chyenne, Larmire county WY census , ED 36, sheet 6, Dwelling # 106 and family # 107. It was hard to make out the spelling of the head of household, (maybe McQuowen, Arceymus) he was listed as a switchman, but his wife was Jennie, step-children Louisa, Samuel, Hallie, Keener and mother -in-law Voss, Anne E.
Can anyone look at this census and tell me the head of household name and also if any of these people are in any Cheyenne or Laramie County WY source material such as marriage, births, deaths, cemetery, newspapers or railroad. Thank you in advance for any help
