Need help to identify a community or loaction in Hot Springs

I've been looking at the WWI draft card of Rupert Leldon McGirr. He was a farmer and indicates his farm is in "Puntney." I may not have the spelling right, but I can find nothing that seems to come close to that name, located in Hot Springs County.
