The cemetery may once have been called Forest Hill, but the current name on the gate is Alva Cemetery.
I went there today on your search. I found William Titus 1876-1958. Fred Ward 1885-1942. Nellie Ward 1919-1935. All three graves had markers from Fidler Funeral Chapel. This is a funeral home in Spearfish, SD. More info may be available from the Court House in Sundance, Wy
Nellie's grave had a home made headstone. Looks like cement with small rocks set in. Any writing is gone.
