I may not be posting this in the correct place but here goes anyway: The above named person was in the Army in the 1920's in Panama. He is pictured standing next to a truck with "U.S.A W-348 marked on the front and on the side marked
what appears to be 44th RTC or BTC". Batallion Trsnsp.Co.?
I could be wrong.
