The more info you supply about your father , the more likely you are to find someone who may have known him. What unit, division was he in, what was his rank. Army Navy, Air service. Where was he captured and where was he held? Do you have his service record? There are many veterans groups that can be found on the web. I hope you find someone that knew him.
