Both the 151st & 175th Field Artillery Battalions were assigned to the 34th Infantry Division during WW 2, so you may wish to read the unit history of the 34th Infantry Division during WW 2. I obtained my reprint of the unit history from Battery Press, Nashville, TN.
Of course, the US Army "Green Series" is always an EXCELLENT source for FACTS about a specific unit & its role in a particular Campaign during WW 2.
Since the 34th Infantry Division served in Italy during WW 2, you may also wish to reference the abridged version of Lt. Col. Chester G. Starr's "From Salerno To The Alps' the history of the US Fifth Army during WW 2.
Good Luck with your quest.

Richard V. Horrell
