Respectfully, I have tried to understand your request. But I'm not sure how a soldier who is buried in Belgium could be "giving (given?)" an X-File. Are you speaking of their Individual Deceased Personnel File which provides family information and the incident that took their life? If so, google Individual Deceased Personnel File and it will tell you how to obtain one. There is a long wait to get them and there may be a cost involved. Sorry if I offended but I just couldn't discern what you were asking. My best, Andi
