OK, Here are some possiblities to get information on him. His Army Serial Number was 06221125

He entered the service July 26, 1937 in Texas. He was apparently living in Comal TX at the time. Education level was grammar school.

If you write for his IDPF (Individual Deceased Personnel File), you may be able to find out his unit.

Also, evidently he was in the service at Ft. Bliss, El Paso, TX in 1930 with the rank of Private and was a patient at the time.

To find a picture of him may be difficult. But, you could see if there was an obituary published for him in Bexar County TX by contacting a public library there. Or, you might contact the Sexton of the Cemetery and see if they can direct you to the funeral home that might have an obituary. And, since he is buried in a National Cemetery, the funeral home and cemetery may have military information on him...maybe even a picture. Also, maybe a historical society of Bexar County of whatever county Comal is in.

Hope others can help.
