I know that we are all getting old but there must still be a few of us left to remember. Here is my story:

Basic training at Miami Beach, FL- summer 1943
CTD at University of Pittsburgh, PA- summer/fall 1943
Classification at Nashville, TN AFB- fall/winter 1943
Preflight at Maxwell Field, AL- winter/spring 1943/1944
Gunnery school at Laredo AFB, TX-spring 1944
Bombardier school at Midland, TX AFB- summer/fall 1944
Navigator school at Hondo, TX AFB- fall/winter 1944/1945
RTU in B25s at Greenville, SC AFB- summer 1945
Separation at Springfield, MA AFB- fall 1945
