Grandfather as entertainer
My grandfather was Roydon Williard James Macleod - he was a driver with the Army Service Corp No. M2/121369, and served in France (Rouen, possibly elsewhere). He met his wife to be there as she was in Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corp as a clerk. My grandfather was also an entertainer, and it's possible he entertained his Army pals perhaps during concerts (?) singing, tap dancing and dressed as a Pierrot, and would do a magic trick sawing his wife to be in half.I wonder if anyone has knowledge/photos of him handed down ?
Thank you.
