My dad was in the Co K 49 th infantry and company K 144 th infantry 36 th division. He was on the mexican border chasing Villa and later sent to France. I would like to know if his group was at Meuse Argonne? Does anyone know? I know he was at Victoria veneta Italy because his discharge says so. He was in the national guard from Texas. I have a photo that says on the border with J.J. Pershing. I would like to hear from anyone about this.
