To my knowledge it has not been published.
I have been shown the account by a descendant of Harry Whiting, and I am led to believe they were transcribed from a recording of Harry.
This would also explain the terrible spelling of Maille Maillet, which I think you have rightly identified!
If you send me your email address, I will have a look for more relevant material from the account that might mention the 91st and send it to you.
