William Perry,
Thank you. When I read the information I read it to mean the
same thing. So I was hoping that we could apply for the medal. You can clearly read that it says he is authorized to wear the wound ribbon. The original papers are in pretty good shape.
Maybe you could help me with one other question. It's very
hard to read the information about his regiment,unit,etc. Is
there any place I can check that would give me this information?
