William Perry, Thank You for all the information you sent,it was very informative.I have not seen any paperwork with any
relation to Meritorious Service Citations. His discharge papers says he is entitled to wear the wound ribbon. By saying this,I may be able to apply for the Purple Heart,is this what you are saying? Thanks for the links you sent along.
