FONTAINE de MAZINGHEN Family
Hello,
I'm looking for the ancestors of a French family settled in the United Kingdom:
- Achille Peter FONTAINE de MAZINGHEN, student at Downing College Cambridge in 1912 (Matriculation) to 16 May 1919 (date of receiving his BA), and was during the war 1914/1918, Corporal in the Infantry of the French army, then second lieutenant in the Royal Garrison Artillery (R.G.A.) where he was wounded in 1915, a cadet on 24.02.1917, awarded the French Croix de Guerre.
- Edmond Marie Roger FONTAINE de MAZINGHEN, quoted in the "Downside Review", volume 44 (1926). I did not have access to this document.
- One FONTAINE de MAZINGHEN is quoted in The Malvern College Register 1865-1914. I did not have access to this document.
Thank you to those who can help me or guide me in my research.
