help with WW1 final payroll
I got some information from a recent post (Interpretation of Discharge Papers), but there are some things I still can't decipher and have been unable to find information about. If someone knows or can point me on where to look I would be much appreciative.
My great grandfather's records were lost in the '74 fire. I could only get the final payroll sheet, but I don't understand the codes with his name.
He was a Sgt first class, in Service Park Unit 346. After his name it has:
"Honorable disch June 2/19 Par 8 Cir 252 WD/19 & par 35 SO 151 Hq Camp Dodge Ia May 31/19."
So I get the first and last dates and Camp Dodge, but the rest I have been unable to find information on.
Most of the rest of the soldiers on that page have nearly identical comments, but he is the only one with pay under the "War Risk Alloys Class A & B".
Also, is there any other place I might find more information about his service?I believe he was deployed and injured and am guessing he finished his service with SPU346.Would Camp Dodge perhaps have information?
Thanks,
John
