Requesting you help. My friend is looking for information on her grandfather. She lives in Italy and her grandfather came to Italy from Florida, USA during the war. He was African American and his name was Curtis Mattox b. about 1915-1919. She doesn't know what branch of service he was in because the family doesn't talk about him much. The child he had by her grandmother took the surname of "Guerra" and is full name would have been Mario Guerra born about 1945 in or around Manfredonia, Pugia, Italy. If you can help in any way, please email me at C_Skipper@msn.com. Thank you and God Bless.
