4th Infantry regiment

I am trying to research my Great Grandfather Joseph Shepler. I am pretty sure he was in the 4th Infantry Regiment. He served from August 27, 1919 - July 28, 1919. I have a picture of him with a 4th collar disk but nothing else. I am trying to find rosters or morning reports. I think he might have been in Company C or M but I'm not sure. I know his serial number was 4247805. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
