Seeking more detailed info about Grandfather in WWI & the 57th Infantry, Evacuation Ambulance Co.

This is all I have from MO Soldier Database & Trenton, MO newspaper microfiche:
Inducted 8/14/1918 at Trenton, MO.
Special training School of Mines, Rolla, MO.
Served overseas from 11/11/1918-6/23/1919.
Served in Med C. Grade MEC12/19. Evacuation Ambulance Co. 57th Infantry.
Came home on USS Huntington & was discharged at Camp Taylor, KY.
